The Coolvent Aircon Un-Insulated Flexible Duct is a premium “Class-1” air duct designed for reliable and efficient air transfer. It is expertly manufactured using a double lamination of aluminum and metalized polyester film, structurally supported by a high-tensile, coated spring steel wire helix. This robust construction ensures a highly durable, airtight passageway that is both fast and easy to install.

The Coolvent Aircon Insulated Flexible Duct is a high-quality “Class-1” solution engineered for superior thermal efficiency and condensation control. Its inner core is formed by a double lamination of aluminum and metalized polyester films with a high-tensile spring steel wire helix. This core is then wrapped in a 25mm thick layer of high-grade glass-wool insulation and finished with a multi-layer aluminum and metalized polyester outer jacket, acting as an effective vapor barrier to prevent condensation.
Insulation Profile: 25mm thickness with a density of 16 kg/m³.

The Coolvent Aircon Semi-Rigid Duct is a highly durable “Class 0” air duct manufactured from a special aluminum alloy. Produced using a continuous lock seam machine, this unique construction allows the duct to be compressed, pulled open, bent, and re-bent without compromising its structural integrity or causing air leakage. It is the perfect choice for installations requiring a rigid shape with the convenience of flexible routing, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures.
